library’s collection by clicking on the Library
Catalog icon on your desktop. After you review our books and
discuss your research topic with the library staff, you may
move on to Step 2.

Visit
NIC (Northern Illinois
Catalog). If you find a
title of interest to you, print the first page only
of that record.**
Print your full name on the page
Print your teacher’s name and class period
Print your study hall teacher’s name and class period
Place that page in the inter-library loan tray

After you’ve finished with
NIC, visit I-SHARE
(used to be ILLINET) Online. Choose “All ILCSO Libraries”
and click “Go”.THIS IS WHERE YOU’LL SEE HOLDINGS
FOR NORTHERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY. If you find a title of interest
to you, print the first page only of that record.
Print your full name on the page
